Other associated expenses

The companies responsible for the payment method management (eg. SIBS, Visa, Mastercard) can install audit procedures. If the reason for which these procedures is chargeable to the Institution, namely the negligent, abusive or fraudulent usage of easypay’s platform, those costs, fines or extraordinary penalties will be charged to the institution. The Institution may also have to reimburse easypay for material or financial damages.

easycodes are payment instructions identification references inside the easypay's system.

Micro payments are payments are equal or smaller to 15€ charged through Multibanco, MBway, Visa and Mastercard Cards or SEPA Direct Debit. Implies a subscription of our Micro Payments Service and it’s only available in accounts that exclusively accept Micro Payments.

The usage of easypay's Payment Account, implies the usage of the payments and receivements management support services.
