I declare that I authorize the processing of the personal data provided in this form, which will be processed by the Terra dos Sonhos Association for the purpose of managing donations, for a period of up to one (1) year after the end of the relationship of the associate with the Terra dos Sonhos Association. The Terra dos Sonhos Association is responsible for the processing of personal data and the legal basis for the processing of the data is based on the consent provided by the data subject. The data shall be kept for the period of time necessary for the purpose of the processing and shall be deleted within one year after the end of the relationship of the associate with the Terra dos Sonhos Association, unless, by legal requirement, by contractual obligation or for the defense or exercise of rights arising from that relationship, its retention is legitimized for a longer period. The data subject has the rights provided for in the General Data Protection Regulation, namely the right to request the Terra dos Sonhos Association access to the data transmitted, its rectification and its payment. The data subject also has the right to withdraw the consent provided, without compromising the lawfulness of the processing carried out until then. If the data subject considers that personal data is not lawfully processed or that his rights are not respected, he/she may file a complaint/complaint with the National Data Protection Commission. The Terra dos Sonhos Association may also communicate access to personal data to third parties, such as cooperation partners and/or service providers to support the pursuit of the social purposes of the Terra Dos Sonhos Association. In these situations, the Terra dos Sonhos Association guarantees that each of these third parties ensures the confidentiality of personal data, concluding confidentiality agreements and data processing with such entities.
