Campaign conditions

1. 1. To whom it applies:
      1. New easypay Customers: The campaign is aimed at new customers who join the easypay service between 26/2/2024 and 30/6/2024.
      2. Easypay customers: without prejudice to the fact that current customers can also benefit from the campaign provided that prove the checkout integration up to 90 days from the day of application to join the campaign under penalty of losing the right to benefit from the campaign. You must integrate at the checkout at least 3 means of payment of which ATM, MBWay, Visa and MasterCard cards are mandatory.
   2. Compliance with Legal Terms: Eligible businesses must comply with easypay’s legal terms, not being included in the list of prohibited activities or subject to special approval.
   3. Use of Checkout 2.0 with Multiple Means of Payment: The campaign is valid only for customers using Checkout 2.0 in which ATM, MBWay, Visa and MasterCard cards must be integrated.
   4. Implementation deadline: When joining the campaign, participating customers have 90 days to implement and activate checkout 2.0, and make available the 3 means of payment, counted from the day of registration in easypay under penalty of losing the right to benefit from the campaign.
   5. Non-compliance: If it is found that the customer is not complying with the conditions of the campaign, easypay will immediately apply the price 0.25€ + 1.50% for all means of payment and correct the commissions previously charged, from the moment this non-compliance occurs.
   6. The Flex Universe payment method is not included in this campaign.
   7. The prices indicated will be applicable to operations carried out by the customer from the

      Time when you fulfil the conditions of the campaign and while respecting them and will be valid until easypay communicates a change to the customer.

   8. The indicated price for cards adds 2% for Non-Sepa cards and 1% for Business Cards. To the figures presented is added the legal VAT rate in force
